Over on the ‘Glow recipe’s’ page you will find quick, easy, delicious recipes and video’s.  On the ‘Glow Essentials’ page you will see all of my favourite foods that I always stock in my pantry,fridge and freezer as well as important basic food information!  Check out my Glow Kids page for advice and ideas your kid’s will love. Those of you with food intolerances or food allergies, will find information and  trusted advise as well as great recipe’s to help you along your journey. 

Who am I you ask? I’m an accredited registered dietitian (RD) and nutritionist in Canada, United Kingdom and South Africa. I have completed a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Science at Stellenbosch University.

I believe in eating a diet that contributes to all areas of health, happiness and wellbeing. Broccoli makes me healthy, mango’s and good coffee makes me happy and dining out with my beautiful family and friends is great for my wellbeing. I very much promote a well balanced approach to nutrition and truly believe  that healthy and wholesome can be delicious!  I love to cook and are passionate about bringing cooking back into every home.  ‘Everything in moderation’ is key. Despite popular belief dietitians don’t just live off salad and celery sticks. Daily staples in my diet include olive oil, yoghurt, nuts, vegetables and berries. I absolutely love entertaining friends at home or dining out at fabulous restaurants, trying new cuisines and sampling new foods. I love fine dining and won’t pass on a good glass of wine.
